As the sole website administrator for the public school district of Milwaukee, responsibilities include:
• Identity and access management for thousands of web editors across the district
• Managing and responding to technical support requests for all web editors, spanning Central Services and 150 schools
• Providing 24/7 on-call support for district and school websites
• Producing new and redesigning existing web content to ensure educational access and well being for 75,000 public school children
• Enabling compression across district web servers, which improved webpage load times by 49%
• Advising on confidential investigations into suspected fraudulent activity when investigations are brought forth by Board Governance
• Extending capabilities of custom content management system (CMS) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Designing, developing, and maintaining the Roadmap to Readiness website, which was launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide quick and timely updates to Milwaukee Public Schools students, their families, and members of the public

• Migration of the Diederich College of Communication website to a new content management system
• Managed, updated, designed content and troubleshooted issues for the Diederich College of Communication websites
